The lamp does not turn on or does not charge, what can I do?
- Proceed to a complete recharge either by solar charge or by USB if the lamp allows it.
- The product may be completely discharged and may require a longer recharge to recover normal operation.
- If this does not work, contact your TotalEnergies dealer.
